She has over 30 years of experience in property tax, right of way and eminent domain valuation. Emily has valued homes designed by Frank Lloyd Wright in 4 states, for donation, sale and preservation purposes. She provides valuation impact studies for clients including a national study on the impact of preservation easements on historic properties. She is an active Appraisal Institute volunteer including serving on the National Nominating Committee, 2021 Ohio Chapter President and currently as Region V Chapter Services Chair.

Kevin Couillard, ASA, CFA: Kevin has over 35 years of experience in valuing business interests and intangible assets and providing litigation/dispute resolution services regarding valuation/damage matters. He is an Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) in Business Valuation with the American Society of Appraisers (ASA) and a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) with the CFA Institute. Kevin co-authored and co-taught two classes for the Center for Advanced Valuation Studies (CAVS) and served in multiple volunteer positions including President with the ASA Atlanta Chapter. Kevin holds an MBA in finance from Georgia State University and a Bachelors in Chemical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

He has testified as a financial expert in trials, depositions, and arbitrations. Prior to co-founding Emory & Co., he was a business attorney at a large law firm. Jeffrey Rauland was born into a family of builders, Realtors, and appraisers, and became a real estate broker in 1990 as a summer project. After earning a degree in Asian Studies and Economic Geography from the University of Wisconsin, he started his career at China Trust in Taiwan, analyzing RTC assets for institutional investors. After some time as a commercial agent and appraiser, he joined the family business -- later working for Primis, Land America, WaMu, Goldman Sachs, Opus CMC, (Goldman again), and UBS. He is currently the Chief Appraiser and heads the Advanced Analytics Team for Consolidated Analytics. Outside of work, Jeff is a Ski & Bike Patroller & Outdoor Emergency Care Instructor at Ski Apache in New Mexico.

Marty is a consultant specializing in assisting appraisal firms, lenders, and attorneys with a ‘second set of eyes’ on complex real estate engagements and industry best practices. Formerly, he was the Director of the University of Baltimore’s undergraduate real estate program, and was the Chief Appraiser for Freddie Mac Multifamily for 13 years. He has earned the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute (1991) and had previously earned the SPRA appraisal designation from the Society of Real Estate Appraisers (1990), and is currently an Appraiser Member of the District of Columbia (USA) Board of Real Estate Appraisers.
