HUD terminates conciliation agreement with The Appraisal Foundation

February 9, 2026 | HUD has ended its 2024 conciliation agreement with The Appraisal Foundation, ending formal oversight but not restricting TAF’s related work; USPAP and other core standards remain unchanged, and ASA will continue to monitor and advocate for appraisers.
